Alan Whiteford Contracts Ltd is a family run business operating in the North East of Scotland. The business was established over 40 years ago and has been a limited company since the year 2000.
We have experienced, trained staff (CPCS/NPORS) and we hold health and safety accreditations such as CHAS and are a member of SAFE (The Safety Association of Federated Employers). Our management are SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) as well as First Aid Trained.
Services
We have several years of experience in the area of groundworks. We can carry out site clearance, level reduction and foundation excavation, disposing of unwanted material offsite to SEPA registered sites. We can also carry out cut and fill exercises on site and import any required aggregate.
Our machines are fitted with Trimble GPS technology to ensure the work is carried out to the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. Our GPS also allows us to carry out site surveys to provide accurate information and quantities for our projects.
With our team of experienced operators, we can carry out crushing and screening of materials to the customer’s requirements.
Our range of plant for hire includes excavators, dozer, loading shovels, dump trucks and rollers as well as a low loader delivery vehicle.
We have several tipper lorries in our vehicle fleet. We can carry out loading of material on sites and transportation of materials as well as disposing of material offsite at our SEPA registered sites. We can transport large and heavy machinery with our stepframe with ramps.
We can supply and deliver various aggregate as well as being able to dispose of material offsite.
